Interview Célia Augusto 1

"At sociprime we understand that training, specialization and delivery of our teams is fundamental in order to offer an efficient, fast service tailored to the real needs of our clients."

1. How long have you worked at Sociprime?

I started at Sociprime in October 2010 as the P&G Client Coordinator for the Braun and Duracell brands. Two and a half years later I became exclusive project manager for P&G Brands. In early 2016 Berkshire Hathaway, led by Warren Buffet, agreed to buy Duracell from P&G and I became Exclusive Project Manager for the Duracell brand. This path at Sociprime has been very demanding and, at the same time, very rewarding and has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.

2. What advantages does BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) bring to Sociprime?

Outsourcing process management has evolved substantially over the years and are now considered very relevant and even crucial in the management of organizations, which face ever greater challenges. In this sense, the strategic definition of the operation is very important and more and more companies are opting for BPO, clearly realizing the advantages for the business, which include increased productivity, service specialization, cost reduction including, for example, training costs; time optimization (and we all know that time is money) and flexibility within the companies.

3. What are the benefits?

When companies opt for BPO, they free their managers/decision-makers for key functions, freeing them from operational details, thus achieving two major benefits: keeping their teams focused on the company's strategy with gains in internal efficiency and in parallel the external processes are also more efficient, because they are being assured by specialized teams, ensuring that the service is provided in accordance with the needs of the organizations. This strategy has very positive repercussions both in terms of costs and service levels. At sociprime we understand that training, specialization and delivery of our teams is fundamental in order to offer an efficient service, fast and adapted to the real needs of our clients.

4. What future challenges do you foresee in your sector?

The constant change and alteration of the market requires that we at Sociprime adapt quickly to changes. It is also of the utmost importance to monitor our teams, which are geographically dispersed, so that they maintain high levels of motivation, thus being able to permanently maintain quality, speed and efficiency in the delivery of services.
