"Increasingly, innovation at the point of sale is important, because it is through these innovations that we are able to drive sales, the more appealing our products are on display, the greater our customers' results at the point of sale."

1- How long have you been working for Sociprime?

I have been working at Sociprime for more than 10 years, during all this time I have had the opportunity to collaborate with practically all of our business areas.


2- How important is innovation at the point of sale?

Increasingly, innovation at the point of sale is important, because it is through these innovations that we can boost sales, the more appealing our products are on display, the greater are the results of our customers at the point of sale. Whenever we have some POP material outside the common format, it's very well accepted by the consumer and respective retailers.


3- How is it possible to innovate at the point of sale?

We can innovate, especially through new POP materials, as well as in the specialization of our teams, because in addition to new materials, it is very important to have a solid team with experience and in-depth knowledge of planograms, both in terms of changes and development of the same. A specialized team can often guarantee more linear space in these changes and place all products according to the concept "sale".


4- What is the importance of the point of sale in the buying decision?

I think I've already answered this question in part, however an organized Point of Sale, with well-stocked and appealing products, boosts sales a lot.


5- What future challenges do you foresee in this area?

The challenges are constant, we have been living a new reality, in which it was necessary a new adaptation by all, including the points of sale, I foresee that we should follow the evolution of our customers as well as the respective points of sale, in order to have a perfect balance between both, because in our business area, we have to defend the interests and needs of our customers through a massive approach with the point of sale and the respective shopkeepers.
