1. What motivated you to work with Sociprime?

My main goal was to enter the working world, and it was through the recommendation of acquaintances that I discovered Sociprime. After researching and hearing all the good things about the company, I decided that Sociprime would be the best option.

 

2. What is it like working with Sociprime?

Working with Sociprime is definitely a great experience. From my very first day, I felt welcomed by the whole team and my co-workers. There is a good atmosphere among everyone and they are always very helpful with any questions or situations that may arise.

 

3. Do you feel that your work directly influences the consumer at the moment of purchase?

Yes, definitely. The presence of a person who has knowledge about the brand and who can clarify the customer's doubts or guide him in his purchase has a very positive influence on the customer.

 

4. How does the client's 1st direct contact with the product/brand work?

The promoter approaches the customer when he approaches the counter and shows interest in the products, offering his help and clarifying any doubts or informing the customer of new campaigns and information. Sometimes it is even the customer himself who seeks the promoter, because he values the help of a representative who can help him in the best way, due to his specific knowledge of the products/brand. This contact also facilitates many times the adhesion of the customer to many of the campaigns, who otherwise would find it difficult to take advantage of them or would even end up not adhering to them.

 

5. What is the importance of this direct contact with the product/brand?

This contact is very important for the customer because it forms his opinion about the product or brand. If his interaction with the promoter is positive, the customer's regard for the brand will rise and, in most cases, he ends up buying the product at the exact moment and even becoming a long-time consumer.
