Interview with Patrícia Barros 0

"For a premium representation of our client at the selling point, we relieve them from time and money associated and focus on the critic and analytic view of the consumers."

1. How long have you worked for Sociprime?

I started my career at Sociprime in 2009, as Field Supervisor for the Porto area.
In January 2018 I started working exclusively with the client NESPRESSO and in 2019 I had the opportunity to evolve to Key Account Manager for the same client.
I operate from the North branch and although I manage the team throughout the country, including islands, I do not feel that there is any negative impact on the operation caused by distance, because the monitoring and organization of the team is done in a productive and proactive way, using new technologies whenever necessary.

2. What advantages does BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) bring to Sociprime?

BPO is not just a "service rendering", it is the guarantee of quality in the service rendered, where we meet the client's needs effectively and efficiently.
The partnership with our clients is sustained on transparency and trust, using the win win strategy, we aim at the optimization and development of both parties.
We promote continuous training in several areas, in order to ensure competent and qualified resources and the consequent work for excellence.
The biggest differentiating factor of this process for our client is the agility of the processes and for us Sociprime is the guarantee of security, confidentiality and business continuity.

3. What are your benefits?

The market where we operate is extremely dynamic and competitive, what sets us apart from other competitors are the specialized resources we have, the continuous monitoring and constant evaluation. For a premium representation of our client at the selling point, we relieve them from time and money associated and focus on the critic and analytic view of the consumers.

4. What future challenges do you foresee in your industry?

Challenges, as we know, are daily and the ability to adapt to them dictates the success of our business. At Sociprime we work with positivism, the teams are mostly young and are, especially during these pandemic years, highly motivated to overcome any obstacle.
As Nespresso itself is already a brand recognized by all Portuguese as Premium, which Sociprime is very proud to represent, the biggest challenge is to continue to be worthy of this distinction.
For the future many ambitious projects are signaled, we took a mandatory break with the pandemic, which we will soon see implemented.
